COPPS Productions Ltd. lead by the Toronto fashion and accessory designer, Marie Copps, executed one of the most unique and impressive events the Toronto fashion industry has seen to date – Fashion Shoot Extravaganza (FSE). The four-act theatrical show drew back the curtain on the unsung heroes of the fashion industry hosted by CTV’s The Social’s Melissa Grelo and Jess Allen.
“Bringing together fashion design, production, makeup, styling, photography, and theatre, Marie Copps and her team successfully executed one of the most impressive and fascinating events that Toronto has ever seen.” – Beyond Fashion Magazine
FSE showcased not only talented models, fashion designers, and gorgeous décor and furniture, but also highlighted those who are traditionally behind the scenes. Canadian-known makeup artists, hair stylists, nail artists, creative directors, set designers, and professional photographers all had their moment on stage along with key sponsors and special guests who contributed to the success of the entire showcase. February 2nd , 2019 was an unforgettable evening of glamour and fantasy celebrating true Canadian talent.
This unforgettable evening of glamour was also in support of a worthy cause, The Breakfast Club of Canada. 1 in 5 Canadian children do not eat breakfast before school each morning - impacting their health, lifestyle decisions, and eating habits for the rest of their lives. FSE was proud to raise awareness about this important issue.
“In a time when one fashion show can blend into another, the general consensus was that the eye-opening spectacle for the senses won’t soon be forgotten. The evening of fantasy and luxury sets the stage for what we can expect from Marie Copps and COPPS Productions Ltd.” - Toronto Guardian
“Fashion Shoot Extravaganza has done to the traditional fashion show what Cirque de Soleil did to the traditional circus many years ago. Marie Copps, the mastermind behind this event, has turned the world of fashion inside out…or to be more exact, she has pulled back the curtain so that we, the audience, can take a peek behind it to see what goes into creating the moment of perfection…the final magazine image, the graceful model gliding down the runway like an ethereal being.” - City Sophisticate
